Shipping Terms
We ship to the United States and Canada only.  Shipping is done on most weekdays via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.  Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges.  Shipping is quoted for shipments to the United States.  Canadian shipments will incur a higher shipment charge.  We know you want to get your purchase as quickly as possible and we will do our part to get the item shipped within 5 business days of cleared funding.

Insurance is included on all shipments.

Save money when buying multiple items.  We will combine shipping on all purchases on the same date shipped to the same address.  In most cases we can save you money.

Returns Policy:
Orders which are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee ($5 minimum). If an order is shipped and the customer refuses delivery, then they will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as the restocking fee.

BoomerGadgets offers a 15-day exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturer and the manufacturer provides a claim number. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed. Many manufacturers offer an extended warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.

  • The item must be returned in all the original manufacturer's packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.
  • All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  • Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for the return. We pay shipping charges for the replacement item.
  • Please place the RMA number given to you by BoomerGadgets on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
  • Replacement items will be exchanged within 15 days from the day that we receive the defective item.
  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
  • No refunds. Exchanges only accepted within 15 days and according to listed guidelines.
  • We are determined to resolve any problems immediately! Please give us the opportunity to help you.
